Carla Cole is offering a pilot program at RPL inviting teens/tweens to begin yoga practice. She is a certified instructor and offers the program free of charge.
This fun and active yoga class will work with movement and breath. It is designed for tweens and teens to get moving and learn ways to bring more calm to your days and empowering you to become more self-aware and self confident.
Sessions will take place in the CMR for May on Wednesdays at 3:15. Dates are May 3,10, 17 & 24. Please bring a yoga mat and a smile!
Parents, please remember, only children aged 8+ may be left in the library without supervision. Please call the library if you have any questions. |
